How soon will I get my order? Most domestic orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

* Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 1PM PST will be shipped same business day via 1-business day overnight shipping. If placed after 1PM PST, orders will ship on the next business day.
** In-Transit Time - Starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time of up to 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
*** Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal or exceed $100 after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.
How can I track my order? Use the tracking number emailed to you within 3 business days with the specified carrier.
What is your return/refund policy? All items that are not on sale or purchased at a discounted rate may be returned with a receipt within 14 days of delivery. To request a refund, please email help@ladykai-hi.com. Allow 48 hours for us to review your request and respond. If your refund request may be accepted, you will be emailed a return label and must mail the package within 7 business days of receipt of the return label.
Do you work with influencers? Yes. Please visit our "Become an Instagram Influencer" page and submit the form to be considered. Expect a response within 7-10 business days.
How long have you been in business? Lady Kai-e has been in business since January 2019.
Where are your products manufactured? Our products are manufactured within the United States.
Do you deliver outside of the United States? Yes. We deliver domestically and internationally specifically to Canada, Europe, and India.
