Refund/Exchange Policy

All merchandise except for accessories and sales items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your original purchase for products of equal or lesser value. Any difference in cost that is lesser than the original purchase amount will be credited to the card used during the original transaction. Any difference in cost that is greater than the original purchase amount must be paid at the time of the transaction. Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method. For refunds/exchanges, email help@ladykai-hi.com. Please allow 48 hours for a response. 

Shipping Fees are not refundable and cannot be added to an exchange transaction.

 Return packages will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria: 

  • Must be requested within 14 business days from date of delivery AND packages must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt of the return label.
  • All items must have the original tags attached.
  • All items must be in good, unworn condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc..
  • Items must have prepaid return labels attached.
  • Return of swimsuits can only be accepted if the Hygienic Plastic cover is in place. 
  • Undergarments can NOT be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items can NOT be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories can NOT be returned or exchanged. 

You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank.
